Shipping Policy

• We currently deliver across India.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).
• During festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return & Replacement Policy

As our products are food items, returns or replacements are accepted only
under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong product.
• The quantity delivered is different from the quantity ordered.
• The product was damaged during transit.
• The product was received with a damaged or tampered package.
• The product has crossed its expiry date at the time of delivery.

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your Order Number along with clear photographs of:
• The product received
• The outer package
• The shipping label
• The issue or damage

These details help us verify your request and provide a quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds
in the following situations:

• The product has been opened or used.
• The customer does not like the taste, flavour, colour, or texture.
• The cotton candy has slightly shrunk inside the container due to transportation or vibration. This is a normal characteristic of cotton candy and does not affect product quality.
• The customer ordered the wrong product or flavour.
• Minor variations in product appearance or packaging.
• The product is within its expiry date and is free from manufacturing defects.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Team, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing will be initiated within 2–3 business days after approval.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at
no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, an appropriate refund may be issued
instead.

Product Information

Please note:

• Cotton candy is a delicate product and may shrink slightly during transportation due to vibration. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or taste.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Refrigeration is not required.
• Once the aluminium foil seal is opened, consume the product within 10 minutes for the best taste and texture.
• Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
